For skilled technicians and field workers.
Real-time, hands-free AI assistance — across manufacturing, hydrogen, data centers, solar, and the other trades that keep the physical world running.
Book a conversationHow Azara works
Across skilled trades, the constraint is human time — too much of it goes to documentation, coaching, and finding the right procedure instead of the work itself. Azara takes those hours back.
One
Set up your device.
Azara runs on hardware your team already uses — phone, hard hat mount, body cam, or smart glasses. We can also provide whatever you need. Then configure each role: operating mode, the manuals and SOPs to draw from, the integrations to connect.
Two
Real-time guidance, hands-free.
Azara sees and hears what the tech does. It walks through procedures — manufacturer guidelines, your internal SOPs, safety checklists — and answers questions without pulling the tech off the task.
Three
Documentation, captured automatically.
Azara drafts the service reports, inspection logs, and reporting your team already has to file. Techs approve in seconds.
Three modes. Azara is built around your technicians.
Different technicians work differently. The same technician works differently on different tasks. Azara adapts.
Coaching mode — proactive guidance.
Azara narrates, checks each step, catches mistakes before they happen. Junior techs produce senior-quality work within weeks.
Assist mode — quiet until called.
Silent until the tech asks a question, then Azara answers fast. For experienced techs who want speed without interruption.
Silent mode — documentation only.
Azara doesn't speak — watches, listens, and drafts the reports. For senior staff who don't need help diagnosing; they need paperwork off their plate.
Built general. Deployed deep.
Our underlying technology is general by nature — the same real-time multimodal AI works across manufacturing lines, hydrogen plants, data center floors, and solar arrays. The bottleneck Azara takes off is the same everywhere: skilled human time spent on the wrong things.
But generality alone doesn't deliver in the field. We work directly with each customer — on your sites, with your equipment, your procedures, your reporting requirements, your team — until Azara performs the way you need.
Common questions.
What hardware do we need?
None new, if you'd rather not. Azara runs on phones, hard hat mounts, body cams, or smart glasses your team already uses. We can also provide whatever equipment you need.
Does Azara work with our manuals and SOPs?
Yes. Azara ingests manufacturer documentation, your internal SOPs, and your safety procedures, then surfaces the right page at the right moment in the field.
How does Azara handle our data and IP?
Your procedures, footage, and reports stay yours. Customer-controlled storage and VPC deployment are supported. We sign your DPA and run your security review.
How long is a pilot?
Six to ten weeks at a real site, with tasks and an outcome agreed up front. We're on site with you the first week.
Does Azara integrate with our existing systems?
Yes — standard CMMS, EAM, MES, and asset-management platforms. If your stack is unusual, we'll meet you where you are.
What does Azara cost?
Per-technician, per-month, with pilot pricing for design partners. Specifics on the call.
If this sounds useful, let's talk.
We work with a small number of pilot partners, in person, on real sites. If that fits, we'd love to hear from you.
